Guestbook, Shows and Bio pagees were updated. we've got 3 shows coming up, check 'em out. We had a practice last night. We got most of a new song done, it's different from our other stuff, it won't be done in time for our shows on friday and saturday. ummmm i think that's it. Bye

The MP3's are up, you can get the link from our mp3s page. The Show sucked. Mike from Saving Fate video taped our first 3 songs, then he had to go set up, it's probably a good thing he didn't get the rest, i thought we did bad and then when i saw the video, whoa man. I'm having trouble getting the pix up, there were only 2 of them. Some people liked us, some hated us, some thought we were ok. We didn't sell any CDs, but we gave some out to our friends since we're such a horrible band and we have a problem selling CDs. The crowd was really fucking boring, they didn't know what to think, the only bands kids like in this sound are indie, emo, hardcore, screamo, and pop-punk that sounds like blink 182. i'm getting sick of this fucking town, but i did have more fun last night talking to people than watching the bands, i like this better when there was a scene, a community, now there's just a ton of stupid fucking kids and everyone hates each other and it was so much better when you knew everyone and they knew you. oh well, it should be better in a year or so hopefully, the scene died when fake street did.

Well it's September already. A lot of stuff happened last september, like my shitty kick ass house show (maybe i'll have another one at the end of the month), i got my dog, there was a kick ass show at SUNY binghamton with Fist Her Face, I had a simple job picking apples but i got fired anyways, and of course September 11th. So what's in store for this september? Well for one, in about a week the McCoonies are playing our first show! We already have 25 CDs burned and ready to go, we'll probably get 25 more too. Not much else is happening except we're going back to school and there's an awesome fest at the old china buffet on the 14th, we're not on it but it's the one year anniversary of the beloved Assball, so show up and let's start pounding ass!

Lyrics have been added, check those out on the Discography page. Well we went to the studio (Phrank's Basement) yesterday, and we got 7 songs done. We're going back Monday or Tuesday to do mixing. The recording is coming out fucking awesome, a lot better than when the Lightweight Samurais recorded with him. It's cause he got some new goodies, including a new compressor, a reverb thing, and a drum booth. As for MP3's, you might be able to get some if you e-mail us, otherwise, i'm giving a CD to Justin Musa on September 7th and he's gunna put them up on mp3.com, and that could 2 weeks or a month or so. But yeah, if you're looking for a great cheap recording, give phrank a call! Past clients include: The Macaulay Culprits, Intoxicated Youth, Still Blue, The Bin Ladens, Charlie Brown Gets A Valentine, The Lightweight Samurais, Massive Hardon, and many many more. Hooray!... Kris got his new guitar today. It looks nice, and kris says it plays nice, but i like the sound of his aslin dane better. His guitar reminds me of my dog. White with some black on it and a high pitched bark. He's putting the pickups from his aslin dane in his new guitar today so maybe then it will sound better. He'll be using it on the recording Saturday. You don't get to see it though until our first show.... yeah, this news update was pointless, fuck you.

Well Pete's back from vacation and we got two new songs done. We'll most likely be playing all of our 7 songs on 9-7-02 and we're most likely recording our 7 songs next week with Phrank. As you have probably noticed, i changed the design of the buttons at the top of the page, it's still a little sloppy but i'll fix it when i feel like it. Also, at our first show, for merch we'll most likely just have our Demos for sale and we'll probably get some sticker paper and make some cheap ass stickers to give out, but real stickers, patches, and buttons will probably be in our hands within a few months. That is all.

We had another practice yesterday before pete goes on vacation. We didn't get any new songs done, we just went over the 5 we have. Next week Kris and I will get together and get 2 or 3 new songs done and then we're gunna practice them the following week with pete, so now the demo's looking to have 7 or 8 songs on it. We were planning on getting buttons, patches, and real stickers at our first show but we won't have them by then... if you buy our CD's there then we can raise money and make some... but there will hopefully be cheap homemade stickers and maybe, MAYBE some pins. oh yeah, and Kris got a new guitar from ebay. It's a white Samick SG copy and it should be in his hands in about a week and a half or so. so yeah, BYE!

Well we had our first practice today and yesterday. It went really well, we got 5 kick ass songs done. Erinn came over and took pictures, expect them to be up soon. The site will be under construction for a while, so sorry if it looks like shit, fuck you.
